Mr. Pund is Managing Director of JLP & Associates LLC. He
has over 30 years of accounting and consulting experience, including as principal of national and regional CPA firms,
and as CFO and General Counsel of a technology company.
Mr. Pund has a BS in accounting from Villanova University, a JD from Widener
University School of Law, an MBA in finance from Villanova University, and an LL.M. in taxation from Villanova
University School of Law. Mr. Pund also has served as an adjunct professor at Villanova University's College of Commerce
and Finance, has numerous publications, and has served as an expert witness. Mr. Pund is licensed as a Certified
Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and an Attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Ms. Grochowski is Director of JLP & Associates LLC. She has over
10 years of accounting and consulting experience, including as senior associate of a regional CPA firm, and as accounting
and finance manager of a technology company.
Ms. Grochowski has a BS in accounting from the University of Scranton and
a Master of Taxation from Villanova University School of Business. Ms. Grochowski also has spoken before
professional groups and has several publications. Ms. Grochowski is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant
in Pennsylvania.
